 Frederik Zitz
Having obtained his German university entrance qualification (Abitur) and completed his civilian service, Frederik Zitz (born 1975) qualified as a Hotel Manager in Berlin. Afterwards he worked in the five-star hotel business for several years, latterly as Front Office Assistant Manager, in which position he also dealt with staff issues such as training courses and staff development.
In mid 2004 Frederik Zitz joined Hertzog & Partner as Assistant to the Managing Director. Practical training at associated companies familiarised him with the diversity of the transport and logistics sector, before he moved to our central business field of Executive Search and Recruitment. He has been looking after national and international companies and applicants as a Consultant since mid 2005.
In April 2008 he was appointed Managing Director of our Austrian national company. In May 2008 he was appointed Managing Director of Hertzog & Partner Germany.
